The Franklin County Soil and Water Conservation District is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Board of Directors. The ideal candidate should be able to attend monthly meetings held on the third Tuesday of each month at 9:00 AM.
We provide training and access to workshops to ensure all members have the tools they need to succeed. While experience in local environmental knowledge, general resource knowledge, agriculture, forestry, or board governance is preferred, it is not required. We welcome individuals who are passionate about supporting conservation efforts in our community and are eager to learn.
